In an effort to keep dental fees down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following plans of payment for the use of our patients:

  1. Payment in full for each visit is due unless financial agreements have been made in advance.
  2. We will gladly accept payments from dental insurance companies. Current insurance information must be provided at each visit. The patient will be asked to pay the portion not covered by insurance at the time of the visit. The patient is responsible for any unpaid insurance claim after 45 days of the date of service.
  3. For major dental procedures, one-half of the total fee is to be paid when treatment is started and the balance is due when treatment is completed.
  4. We accept the following bankcards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover
  5. Returned checks will be charged the $20 fee our bank charges us.
  6. Divided Payment Plan: Interest free financial arrangements may be made through Norwest Financial for either 6 months (balances less than $1000.00) or 12 months (amounts greater than $1000.00). Applications are available through our office.
  7. Patients with a strong financial history with our office may be given the option of paying one-half at the start of treatment, with the balance payable in three equal payments over the following ninety days.
